This year at The Lullaby Club, we’re putting community first in everything we do. Whether it's designing styles with comfort in mind or creating spaces to come together in real life, 2025 is about making our online connection into real moments.
To bring that vision to life, we launched our very first Picnic Club event. What was meant to be a relaxed morning in the park turned into something we couldn’t have anticipated. An indoor picnic, filled with energy, laughter, supportive women and moments we’ll never forget.

The Pivot That Paid Off
When the Weather Had Other Ideas
When the skies changed, so did the plans.
Our original plan? Meet our community under the sun at Cotton Tree Park on the Sunshine Coast but, when we woke to grey skies and steady rain, we knew it was time to improvise.
And we did, fast! Within a few hours, we transformed a beautiful indoor studio into our new Picnic Club location. Rugs rolled out supplied by none other than Sunni Scenes, charcuterie stations set up, prompt cards scattered, good vibes ready.
By the time we arrived, guests were already waiting and some had driven from hours away. One woman even flew in. That’s when we knew this wasn’t just a casual catch-up. This was something special.

What Made It So Special
From the moment the doors opened, the energy was electric. The first 50 guests received an exclusive Picnic Club cap. The space quickly filled with gingham, new faces, familiar ones and that unshakeable feeling of “I’ve known you forever,” even if it was your very first in person hello.
The setup was simple but intentional— picnic rugs from Sunni Scenes laid the foundation, a DIY grazing table encouraged shared snacking and chatting, and prompt cards were scattered throughout the space to spark conversation. The most touching moment? The prompt letters. Each guest filled out a heartfelt, anonymous note of encouragement which we shuffled and handed out at the end of the day. A little love letter from one Picnic Club member to another.
It was connection in its purest form! Warm, real and everything we hoped Picnic Club would be.
A Day for the Community
We’ve said it before and we’ll keep saying it — Picnic Club isn’t just a meet-up. It’s a space built for you, because of you. It’s about showing up, being seen, and feeling part of something bigger, no matter where you live or what season of life you’re in.
This event was about more than snacks and sunshine (or rain!). It was about putting our people first. Creating space for the women who’ve been with us since day one—shopping, styling, sharing, and cheering each other on. Seeing so many familiar names from Instagram, TikTok, and our Club Community come to life in the same room? That was the magic.
There were belly laughs, baby cuddles, shared snacks, and sneak peeks of upcoming TLC pieces. Everyone was dressed in gingham (completely iconic) and the whole day just felT right with real conversations, connection, joy, and the warmest kind of energy.
Whether you came for the gifts, the chats, or just to say hi, we’re so grateful you were there. You’re the reason Picnic Club exists and you’re the reason it’s just getting started.

We’re not done. Not even close.
